TalentHero Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the website https://www.talenthero.id and mobile application owned and operated by PT TalentHero Indonesia (“TalentHero”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the TalentHero website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
  2. Eligibility and Account Registration a. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to access and use the TalentHero Service. b. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration details to TalentHero. It is your responsibility to ensure your TalentHero account information is up to date.
  3. Use of the Service a. You agree to use the TalentHero Service only for lawful purposes permitted by these terms. You are responsible for your conduct while accessing and using our Service.
    b. TalentHero reserves the right to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may block, restrict, disable or terminate your access for violations.
  4. User Content
    a. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the TalentHero Service, including resumes, profiles, messages, feedback etc. However, you grant TalentHero a worldwide license to host and use content submitted through the Service.
  5. Privacy
    Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how TalentHero collects, uses and discloses information about you. We will not sell or rent your personal information without consent.
  6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

    TalentHero may modify these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be updated on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
